Crafted from 50x50mm square Q235 premium steel, the LF-R100 Power Rack boasts a robust design with a maximum weight capacity of 1000 lbs.

Weight capacities: Pull-up bar (300 lbs), J-hooks (440 lbs), Safety bar (330 lbs).
Steel components are painted and pickled for superior rust resistance and long-term durability.
The spacious inner area allows unrestricted movement, ensuring a seamless workout experience.
4-Foot Support & Stable Reinforcement
Reinforced 4-foot support enhances stability while protecting your floor from scratches. Dual crossbars secure the frame, preventing any shaking during intense strength training. Designed for stability, this rack ensures maximum safety throughout your workouts.
Adjustable & Compatible
Features 19 precision-cut holes for bar and accessory adjustments, accommodating various workout positions such as squats, bench presses, pull-ups, and shrugs. Compatible with most standard safety bars and pull-up attachments, with a 3-inch hole diameter to fit accessories on the market. Designed to unlock advanced workout possibilities by integrating additional lat pull-down attachments (sold separately).
Installation Instructions
For best results, we recommend two-person assembly and following the included instructions or the setup video provided.
